Wesfed Complete Ewe & Lamb is a dual purpose complete feed for the feeding of ewes during late gestation and early lactation as well as a creep feed for pre-weaned and weaned lambs. The product is formulated to stimulate milk production. It has a high rumen bypass protein and energy content with an excellent balanced supply of minerals and trace minerals. The product can also be used for flush feeding ewes and rams. Ewe & Lamb contains additives to prevent kidney and bladder stones in sheep. Ewe & Lamb can be ordered with or without medicaments to improve feed conversion.

Wesfed Complete Ewe & Lamb is fed ad lib after the adaptation period. Average daily DM intake should be approximately 3.2% of live body mass.

• Day 1-3: Limit intake to 1% of body weight per animal per day with ad lib roughage.

• Day 4-6: Limit intake to 1.5% of body weight per animal per day with ad lib roughage.

• Day 6-7: Limit intake to 2% of body weight per animal per day with ad lib roughage.

• Day 8-11: Limit intake to 2.5% of body weight per animal per day with ad lib roughage.

• Day 12-14: Limit intake to 3% of body weight per animal per day with ad lib roughage.

If animals are completely adapted and do not show any signs of acidosis, the diet can be fed ad lib after day 14.

NPN WARNING: This product contains NPN-sources. Feed strictly according to recommendation. This is a supplement and not a feed, sufficient grazing or roughage must be available at all times. Protect this farm feed against rain - NPN is soluble and animals drinking such a solution could be poisoned. Do not feed this farm feed indiscriminately with other NPN containing farm feeds. Consult an animal nutritionist.

NPN TREATMENT: NPN-poisoning can be treated with the addition of vinegar. Mix vinegar with an equal amount of water and dose ±400ml per head of sheep and 1.5-2L per head of cattle.
